Our Annual Meeting is Tuesday, March 18th at 7 pm at the Picosa office - 3274 FM 2579. We will be giving updates on 2024 activities, the annual audit and upcoming projects. Members are encouraged to attend!
Ballots for the 2025 Director Election are due next week:
- At the office by mail, in-person, drop box - Noon on Monday, March 17th
- At the Annual Meeting in-person - 7 pm on Tuesday, March 18th
If you have lost your ballot and need a new one, please stop by the office. Note: members can only vote one time regardless of the number of accounts. Renters/Tenants are not eligible to vote.
