2025 Rate Increase
The Picosa Board of Directors voted for a rate increase to make necessary upgrades to our system due to the age of facilities and increased demands. Through the years, the Board has worked to keep rates as low as possible, however this has limited the funds in reserves to make the necessary upgrades to our infrastructure to continue supplying quality water to all members, as well as meeting state requirements.
