NOTE: The account must be established in the property owner's name(s) as shown on the Deed.
Services cannot be established without all the required information below.

- Confidential form
- Proof of Ownership (Warranty Deed; Deed of Trust; Gift Deed: Warranty Deed w/Vendors Lien)
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- If property does not have an address, you will need to contact 911 Addressing in Wilson County (830) 393-8351. It is mandatory that Picosa has a property address.
