Here you will find the Forms that deal with water service. There are also several polices shown below that affect members.
Service Application & Agreement - This completed form is required to establish service. Please visit our New Service Request page for more info.
Request for Service Discontinuance - Members who wish to cancel their service need to send this completed form to the office.
Multiple Dwelling Violation - Per TCEQ regulations, only one house or business can be connected to a meter. A house is determined by being occupied for 90 days or more per year and has a kitchen/bathroom. This includes guest homes and RVs that are lived in for more than 90 days in a year. A business can use the home's water supply unless water is a major part of the business, such as a hair salon, pet groomer, etc.
Cross Connection & Backflow Prevention Program - Picosa WSC is required to keep our public water safe from outside contaminants due to cross connections. Members who have a private well on their property must keep those lines separate from Picosa's water lines, including member service lines (between the meter and house). If our operators notice significant backflow (water running back through the meter into our mains), you will be required to install a backflow prevention device.
Violation Report from TCEQ - In 2019, 2021 & 2022, Picosa did not timely file a quarterly report with TCEQ. This resulted in a violation which was cleared. However, we are required to provide notice to members that it happened.
