Picosa WSC is a member-owned corporation providing water service through 78 miles of mains to over 1,110 connections. We encourage you to become informed of how we work to bring you clean, safe water through talking to our staff or attending board meetings.
Each new member is given a folder when service is established that contains important information regarding their service and our operations. You can also click on the Welcome Information link below and fcontact us for any questions.
EMERGENCY SERVICE: For after hour water emergency service, please call the following number, (830) 393-4424 and select Option 2 - Service Calls. Your call will automatically be forwarded to the on-call operator. This service is available after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours on the weekend and holidays.
