Notice to Picosa Members: There are procedures for disconnection due to non-payment. Past due must be paid in full before the Cut-Off-Date as posted on the Billing Statement & Past Due Notice. Payment made by debit/credit card must be done before 11:59 pm. If Picosa did not receive your payment by the Cut-Off-Date, your account will be charged an automatic fee of $40 whether services were interrupted or not.
If water services are disconnected, the Past Due Bill plus $40 must be paid by 3 p.m. to restore services the same day.
Please Note: Picosa WS does not Reconnect services After 4 p.m.
Past Due Notices are mailed after the 10th of each month.
