Picosa Water Supply would like to inform all members that Thursday, June 11, 2026, will be the last day credit/debit card payments can be made through Nexbillpay. After this date, Nexbillpay will no longer be the payment processor used by PWS.
Beginning Monday, June 15, 2026, Picosa Water will be transitioning to a new billing software and credit/debit card payment service.
A letter containing information about this transition was recently mailed with each members water bill to inform all members of the upcoming changes.
The new payment website is not yet available for account setup due to security. Information regarding the new website and account registration will be provided once the system is LIVE on June 15th.
