Disconnection Dates

Notice to Picosa Members: There are procedures for disconnection due to non-payment. Past due balances must be paid in full by the Cut-Off-Date as posted on the Billing Statement & Past Due Notice and shown below.

  • Payment made by mail or in-person must be made by 4 pm on the Cut-Off Day
  • Payment made online/phone by debit/credit card must be done by 11:59 pm on the Cut-Off Day

If Picosa did not receive your payment by the deadline, your account will be charged an automatic fee of $40 whether services were interrupted or not.  

Disconnection of services will be the day following the Cut-Off Day. If water services are disconnected, the Past Due Bill plus $40 must be paid by 2 p.m. to restore services the same day. Please Note: Picosa WSC does not Reconnect services After 4 p.m.

Beginning January 1, 2026:  PWS will no longer make Courtesy Calls or Send Text Reminders for Past Due Payments or NSF notices.
