Our Tariff is the guideline for services we provide to our members. It is based on the Texas Water Code, regulations from the Texas Legislature, Public Utilities Commission of Texas, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Texas Attorney General. It is compiled by attorneys for the Texas Rural Water Association and reviewed on an annual basis to ensure that we are following the latest requirements.

Our Bylaws are the guidelines for how our organization is governed and how decisions are made on behalf of our members. They are based on the Texas Water Code and applicable laws and regulations of the Texas Legislature, including oversight provisions of the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the Texas Commission on Enviornmental Quality, and the Texas Attorney General.
