2026 Annual Director Election Notice
Election Date: March 17, 2026
The annual Election for the Board of Directors of Picosa Water Supply Corporation will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 7:00pm at 3274 FM 2579, Floresville, Texas 78114.
Official ballots and candidate statements are available below for member review.
Two (2) Director positions are open for full three-year terms, expiring March 2029. Members may vote for up to two candidates. Ballots casting votes for more than two candidate will be considered invalid.
In addition to the Director Election, members will vote on the following proposed bylaw amendment:
Proposed Bylaw Change:
Removal of proxy voting to bring the Corporation's bylaws into compliance with state law.
Voting Options
Members may cast their vote by:
- Mail (must be received by Monday, March 16, 2026)
- Delivery to the Corporation's office during business hours or via secure drop box (by 12 PM on March 16, 2026)
- In person at the Annual Member Meeting March 17, 2026
Please note: E-mailed, faxed, or reproduced ballots will not be accepted.
